Hot potato take, the downfall of @artblocks started when they chaged their logo, I still can't believe that they could not accept the generitive output of the algorithm for their logo as the premair gen art platform, what does that say about long form gen art? Hot take because it's mainly just loss of overall intrest in NFTs, but I am bitter about the logo.

They changed their logo? I still see the squiggle everywhere... all socials and the site. Hot take aside I dont understand why so many people have turned into artblocks haters. It does indeed feel like resentment over the downward trend in the value of pieces sold there. I am more resentful of the oh-so-common attitude that dollar value is the only thing that made them valuable. Probably I'm missing much of the story.

It was well over a year ago, they modified the squiggle they use, the current logo is not a real squiggle, they took out a hump. If you didn't even know, that is definitely a point against my theory lol. I haven't seen too much AB hate, but agree it's probs just price go down = bad
