ā the screened in yoga shala where we did 2 classes a day over the past week ā scorpions steeped in isopropyl alcohol** **topical remedy for poisonous bites, like the one i got from a centipede that fell from the shala roof in the middle of a class and landed on my left eyelid. swelling was down within 30mins. wild.

luckily was in a standing twist and had my eye only partially open, otherwise would've been full eyeball. savasana was not the same after that š«
