I'm so glad you're in charge of that stuff. Takes a special amount of effort and love to go through the admin and higher level things to make sure good results come.

I've been nervous to take big steps because of the long term commitment but it's time to be brave. This WILL be a lot of work, long term, but it's a step towards what I want to do long term.
