I hear ya robeee! I have been there the past few weeks. I've discovered some things that work for me to escape the clouds. - Fruit for breakfast - Break a sweat early in the day. - Do not idly check social media! - Interact with people IRL. See a friend, talk to a stranger. - structure the day: joy / work / joy

Thanks - I definitely need to get back on a better breakfast in the morning. Usually have chia pudding and fruit, but lately sneaking in too many pastries (too much sugar). Plus reign in the social media consumption.
