Should we introduce a new sign up tier to reduce the cost of signing up? Would be low cost (< 25c) but come with much smaller storage limits like maybe 10 casts, 100 follows or something like that.

The extra steps would almost definitely lead to a higher rate of churn. People are lazy and easily distracted. I'm hoping to see someone come up with a free tier alternative.
