I'm looking for work as a developer. Counting my losses on focusing on web3 full time, as my interests there are limited to NFTs and DAOs, and I'm not interested in boarding another sinking ship. 

Any advice as to where I should be looking for positions?

That’s so true - plus the interviews are insane now…all kinds of rounds and quizzes that I’m very skeptical have any evidence at all supporting that they help select-in good employees

I've honestly said "no thank you" to a couple of these that just honestly seemed like a waste of time. Kinda feels like a test to see how much absolute bullshit youre willing to put up with on a regular basis. Not that i turn down all jobs with tech-interviews, but if it veers far outside of my area of focus, 👎

Haha for sure. I once got sent a 2h programming test that was so obnoxious that I replied 5 mins later and told them their “test” made my decision to accept a competing offer very easy for me 🙃
