You don't! It's dying 😩 it might have to come down next season or it will probably fall on it's own. There was a recent year with very high river levels that drowned a lot of tree roots. This is the second one to die on the water line in the last few years.

😭i thought it’ll thrive cos of the water source, that’s sad, too much is not always good💀
