reasons:
- bs funding without considering actual critique of rounds
- slow treasury spending on retroactive funding (should be more)
- overcomplicated discord that goes mute the moment you join
- instead of pushing for public goods on farcaster the dao has no strategy or visible long term goals

Thanks for sharing the reasons. Super important for any DAOs growth. So easy for these problems to arise and become normalized.
