1) Quote-casting something into /music because you geniunly liked the conent and think this channel should see it as well sounds resonable. But if that's all you are doing on here, then it's fair to question your motives. 

2) There’s a difference between mentioning another channel to add context to a cast or discussion and just blatantly saying "come join us in this other channel"

3) If someone wants to promote their other music-related channel, they should use the home feed. Alternatively, they could reach out to the channel owner or mods to collaborate on amplifying a message that benefits the entire Farcaster network
