The roaring lion of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer is iconic. It inspired a themed hotel in Las Vegas and countless imitations. A notable photo captures the lion, Jackie, near the cameramen as the soundstage was built around him. Interestingly, more than one lion was used in these recordings.
