Tip allocations, the Airdrop 2 leaderboard, and airdrop claims are all back up and running!

Not good unfortunately. Everything should be fixed on our end, but we've had timeouts from the Neynar data source, out of our control.

We're going to discuss how to fix this once and for all this week.

Neynar has been a clown show the past week, my commenting tool takes 3 hours to show up after I casted the comment via api

Warpcast had a delay processing messages this AM. 

Traffic spike in them middle of the night on the protocol caused messages to get backed up. We're 95% caught up now and working on fixes to make sure this doesnt happen.
