For the next $HAM bonus, caster tokens will require at least 5 million locked tokens to qualify. This closes the loophole mentioned in the cast below. 

There will be a one time lock bonus for most caster tokens to reward honest participants in the Ham ecosystem while ensuring bad actors don't extract our precious Ham.

Why mine not eligible for HAM bonus? I have lock 4.7M for two years.

We now have a frame to check $HAM bonus eligibility and voting power on Hamcaster tokens.

Finally, a frame that's the ham's knees for checking locks!
