Score up 1%, rank down 3 spots. $Ham allo down 75%.

This change is due to including hamcaster tokens, overall increased scores causing a more even distribution.

There was actually an issue with the distribution. Re-distributing $HAM now in addition to the amount you already received. Ham scores should look back to normal now as well for those that were way off.
