Today I'm celebrating my 33rd lap around the sun ☀️ 🌏 

This morning I've been doing a lot of reflecting over the past year, and a common theme I keep coming back to is change.

The world around us is changing at such an incredible rate. I've found the rapid tech progress to be incredibly exciting but also sometimes quite anxiety-inducing. The fear of getting left behind with everything that's happening in crypto. The fear of inevitable AGI and humans soon not being the most intelligent beings on earth. 

But overall I'm optimistic that crypto and AI will bring us a brighter, more prosperous future than many of us can imagine. I believe the key to success in the coming years will be balance.

Balance between embracing these rapid tech advances, while not getting sucked entirely into this virtual world. Being present, maintaining strong relationships IRL, getting outside and touching grass. This balance is still something I'm figuring out.
