I’ve just tried now I can see my last rewards but doesn’t work during the transation

i remember i had a bit of a headache too, try to transfer some wDEGEN or DEGEN into that wallet so you can pay for the gas fee, maybe it's because that, i remember mine was empty and couldn't do it cause i didn't had funds for gas (which is like 2 cents i think)
