has there ever been as boring a Euros as this one? 

so many scoreless matches, so many own goals

moments of brilliance, but overall so flat

we are so early

early start to the day (as son was violently sick - threw up 18 times yesterday)

that's how early we are (he's going to be ok - bit dehydrated)

you think it's early, but it's way earlier than that (keeping some food down now which is great progress)

little guy is down today with stomach flu or food poisoning, not sure. pretty terrible for him. he's down bad worse than my bags

watched the Euros with the kids (crazy match - Turkey and Portugal)
winding down now

feeling slightly despondent that power users allocation has been removed

felt good to tip reasonable sums - rewarding good content, things that made me laugh, interesting experiments

nonetheless, we persevere!

well, perhaps all good things must come to an end. i enjoyed having 1000 degen to tip every day. this seems like too short an experiment. sadness

London has so many old churches that quite a few of them have been turned into other things over the years. This is Christchurch Greyfriars Church, near St Paul's. This building was bombed in WW2 and never rebuilt - they turned it into pretty public gardens instead.

i don't know if there's an error with the calculations but i seem to have loads more tip allowance suddenly.

I haven't been excited for microsoft games for a while but XGS last night had a great slate of games: perfect dark (!), sod3, DA Veilguard, new MGS, Fable, some things I hadn't expected but look cool... could be a decent 18 months for xbox (and pc)
