Whenever I notice I am scatterbrained and feel like I am making an impulsive trading decision 

I take a very sharp knife and just start flipping it 

There’s something about the risk of getting cut that instantly pulls me out of that

If I still want to make the decision after that, ill do it

Otherwise I won’t
