a whole lot of people focus on their physical health, but even as much as physical well being is important, the mental health plays a more viral role in the body functioning, I mean without your brain you cannot function. what are some tips by which you can boost your mental health?

Get enough sleep (7-9 hours per night), Eat nutritious foods that support brain function, Stay hydrated and limit caffeine or alcohol
