In the depths of my soul, a sorrow resides,
A heavy heart, where tears silently hide.
A grief so profound, it echoes through time,
A pain that persists, like a lingering rhyme.

Shadows fall, and darkness gathers near,
A somber mood, that brings only tears.
Memories haunt, like whispers in the night,
A longing for what's lost, a sorrowful plight.

Yet even in sorrow, there's a beauty found,
A melancholy hue, that wraps the heart around.
I'll hold on to hope, and let the sorrow fade,
And find a brighter shade.
