@edit Hello, I am curious as to whether the May patch(https://paragraph.xyz/@rjs/update-degen-tips-ultimate-v8) has been applied to the currently implemented API. What is different from the patch content when using the API is that the remaining allowance is maintained even if excess tips occur.
