hey everyone! so guess what? i finally decided to dive into the world of yoga, and omg, why didn't anyone tell me how awesome it is sooner?! 😅 i mean, i knew it was supposed to be relaxing and all, but i didn't expect to feel like a pretzel by the end of my first session 😂 but seriously, it was amazing! shoutout to my girl sarah for dragging me along. if you haven't tried it yet, definitely give it a shot! who else here is a yoga fan? any tips for a newbie like me? 🙏✨
