I just bought a /bytexplorers token that I hope to redeem!

I'd love to explorers to investigate: how many "quality builders" are there are on @base (and how is it growing)? 

define quality however you choose, but find a predictive metric that tracks the number of great builders.

Some prior attempts included:
v1. Take new deployments and filter (i.e. was it used, how long was it, was it a copy of something else, was it a token).

v2. Take all contracts and look at what crossed some usage bar on a given day.

Nothing perfect yet, super useful to have multiple ideas!
