Hard to project exactly, but only the Data Fee is reducing (cost to the sequencer - some chains take a margin on this).

L2 gas (base & priority fees) is unimpacted, and some speculate that cheaper txs will lead to more L2 congestion (revenue from L2 base fees).

Net onchain profit per tx could be put on a chart though
