Interesting, would be cool to see a chart showing what the breakeven (minimum) scalar l1 fee over time is for base and op mainnet. Wonder how low it could go. Cc @jessepollak maybe you/your team has looked into this?

Hint: You could derive it from the L1GasUsed field on L2 : Total gas actually used on L1 ratio. (L1GasUsed - Fixed overhead) * X = Actual L1GasUsed Solve for X
