This approach may be better suited for things like sports where there is more randomness & dependency on other players. But it could be time to try.

I'd ~expect DEX Volume to be the most tightly correlated with expected revenue, since that's what drives priority fees

#2 should be gas utilization (used / target), since that's base fees

But it is tough since chains have different constructions (i.e. base fee floors)
