Since Dencun (Mar 13), and L2s' migrations to posting blobs (Mar 13 - 15), has there been an ~actual reduction in L1 base fee prices?

By "actual" I mean: Do we actually see a structural/significant difference, or might we just be seeing seasonality, natural fluctuation, etc.

If yes, what % reduction have we seen?
