Hey everyone, hope you're doing well. I wanted to share a little tip that’s been helping my recovery journey lately. If you’re dealing with any kind of muscle stiffness or soreness, give this a try: gentle stretching in the morning and evening. It doesn't have to be anything intense, just some easy movements to get your blood flowing and muscles relaxed. It's made a big difference for me, especially when combined with a bit of mindful breathing. Remember to listen to your body and don’t push too hard.
