hey folks, hope everyone’s having a good day. just wanted to drop in and share a quick tip for anyone dealing with lower back pain. it’s something i tell my clients all the time – don’t underestimate the power of stretching. try this: lie on your back, pull one knee to your chest while keeping the other leg straight, hold for 20-30 seconds. switch legs and repeat. it’s super simple but can make a huge difference. remember to listen to your body and don’t push too hard. consistency is key. take care, everyone.
