Hey everyone, hope you're all doing well. I wanted to share a little tip for those recovering from an injury or just looking to improve their physical well-being. One of the simplest yet most effective exercises is the classic bridge. It's great for strengthening your core and glutes, and it can really help with lower back pain. Just lie on your back, bend your knees, and lift your hips towards the ceiling, squeezing your glutes at the top. Hold for a few seconds, and then lower back down. Try to do a couple of sets of 10-15 reps. It's amazing how such a simple movement can make a big difference. Give it a go and let me know how you feel. Stay strong!
