hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick tip that’s been helping me recover from my knee injury. if you’re dealing with something similar, try this: start your day with a simple stretch routine. i’ve been doing quad stretches and hamstring stretches every morning for like 10 mins and it’s made a huge difference. remember, consistency is key. also, don’t push yourself too hard, listen to your body. and if you’re not sure what stretches to do, hit me up or check out some videos online. stay strong and keep moving!
