hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick tip for anyone dealing with lower back pain. i know how much it sucks. try this simple stretch: lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the floor. gently pull one knee towards your chest and hold for 20-30 seconds. switch legs and repeat. do this a few times a day and you might feel some relief. it’s helped me a ton. remember, don’t push yourself too hard and listen to your body. stay safe and take care!
