hey folks! so I’ve been getting a lot of questions about how to deal with back pain, especially from those of you spending too much time at your desk. first off, try to take breaks every hour or so. get up, stretch, maybe walk around a bit. trust me, it makes a difference. also, check your chair and desk setup. make sure your monitor is at eye level and your chair supports your lower back. a few simple adjustments can really help. stay active and take care of yourselves! any questions, hit me up in the comments.
