NO CREDIT IS UNREALISTIC. While growing up, we see the inscription 'no creditβ boldly written in some shops. This means that the seller will not give you any product if you're not with cash/money. Invariably, it is cash and carry. What do you think this seller is trying to avoid? Bad debt, of course. Truly, people can owe the business to death without any conscience. So, it's a step of holding their businesses by hand. But, can we really run businesses without credit? Even if it's a credit of 48 hours. I think No. It is difficult or even impossible. Personally, in my business, I try to avoid having debtors. Even with that, I still have debtors. I do the following before I have debtors. β I assess the person's ability to pay my debt. I can't sell to a secondary school student and have full confidence of payback. β I assess the person's source. Selling to a jobless human being on credit is risky. Readππππ

β I assess how you treat others or myself in previous Owings. If you treat another person badly or have treated me badly before, nne, I won't sell to you on credit, no matter how close we are. β I assess my timing too. There is a time in my business that I can't sell on credit else, the business will die. When you start a business on credit, just be ready to continue outsourcing funds for the business. β I do not give preference in credit sales. Be it a family, friend or customer, I do the same. Writing a tag of no credit in your business is unrealistic. Just know when or how to sell on credit. May our business not die. #mrsgee
