Here's a quick and delicious Maggi recipe for you! Spicy Veg Masala Maggi - Ingredients: 1 pack Maggi noodles (with tastemaker) 1 cup water 1/2 onion, chopped 1/2 tomato, chopped 1/4 cup capsicum (bell pepper), chopped 1/4 cup green peas (optional) 1 green chili, chopped (optional, for spice) 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/4 tsp garam masala (optional) 1 tbsp oil or butter Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions: 1. Sauté Veggies Heat oil or butter in a pan. Add chopped onions and green chilies, and sauté until onions turn translucent. 2. Add Tomatoes and Spices Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook until tomatoes soften and spices blend well. 3. Add Veggies Add capsicum and green peas. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until they soften a bit. 4. Cook Maggi Pour in 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil. Add the Maggi noodles and the tastemaker (spice mix from the packet). Let it cook for 2-3 minutes or until the noodles are soft and the water is absorbed. 5. Garnish and Serve Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot and enjoy your spicy Veg Masala Maggi!
