Hierarchy of product thinking 1. This feature is clunky 2. This feature is clunky because of X and Y 3. This feature is clunky because of X and Y and I would improve it by doing Z (usually simplification) 4. This feature is clunky because of X and Y and I would improve it by doing Z, but that's not an existential problem to solve right now, so instead I'm going to shelve it and focus on the hard problem that I don't know how to solve yet 5. Ignores everything else. Focus on the hard problem that I don't know how to solve yet.
