Step one click on that icon the arrow is pointing to. That's the frames menu. Just search or scroll to Rewards there.

I can't search and it isn't in top 100 for me... Maybe it's banned in my country? I'm in Sweden.

Sorry man. I heard something about airdrops and rewards not available for residents of some countries. This might be the case. Especially if your account is verified with a phone number from any of the blacklisted countries.

No. Everybody's visibility is the same. It only gives you a 500 points head start or bonus in the leaderboard. If you check the rewards tier tab above the dashboard you will realise that sometimes 500 points could be the difference between earning $25 and $100 or $300
