Crypto experience:
I remember the first time I got into Web3, there was this project called X (not gonna drop the real name 'cause some folks still ride hard for it đ
). It was everywhereâTwitter, Discord, YouTube⊠even my DMs were blowing up like, âYou have to buy this, itâs gonna change your life!â
So yeah, I got totally caught up in the hype. Threw in all the money I had, even the rent Iâd set aside (yep, not my proudest moment).
A week later? Boom. Project tanked. Turned out the team was fake and it was just a classic pump and dump.
That was the day I told myself, âNever again.â From then on, I made a rule: no matter how cool a project seems, I only put in a small slice of my funds. The rest goes into safer stuff or just sits in cash.
That habitâs honestly brought me a lot of peace. Like, if something crashes now, I donât freak out. I just shrug it offââcause it was only a small chunk anyway đ
