Andrew Sorrell, Auditor General of the State of Alabama in the United States, proposed the creation of a strategic Bitcoin reserve. He said that the value of bitcoin is not affected by the trend of the US dollar, it strengthens the US balance sheet and can be used as collateral for issuing future debts.
