Nation states could be using Polymarket to hedge, say canada buying YES-TARIFFs for 30c on the dollar, if tariffs happen, the 3x on the bet hedges losses it would cause the economy, market's still too small for that. However, it's large enough that small businesses in Canada and Mexico can do it, like insurance.
