Quick rundown of the charitynavigator.org ratings for the above: 1. not listed, unrated 2. 98% 4/4 stars - global scope, but only aids exotic (non-domestic) cats 3. listed but unrated 4. 99%, 4/4 stars - local scope, but Texas is a kill state so it's high impact there

A couple of others I think merit inclusion: 1. alleycat.org - 96%, 4/4 stars - US scope, focused primarily on legal reform and education 2. internationalanimalrescue.org - 100%, 4/4 stars - India/Indonesia scope, outsized impact given the population of homeless cats there
