if we started a petition to stop using (boycott) farcaster until they made direct casts an open platform (likely using XMTP) would you sign it? (love u dwr)

Do you have an active mobile client with ~300 member group chat that is using XMTP I can try? Would love to see it in action to increase our learnings and see where our messaging infrastructure today is lacking.

In fairness, I think where it's lacking is that it's locked inside a privately held database.
