I’ve been doing a lot of my cardio on Elliptical because it’s easier on my knees and back (old guy reporting in). Anyone know how similar this is to running? I’m assuming that if I’m building stamina there, at least that is cross-applicable. Any caveats?

Felt great today to hit my timer and still have gas in the tank. Schedule-permitting, I definitely could have kept going. I’m really digging doing zone 3 training.
