#Bitcoin & Macro Market Analysis - January 27th Here is the key thing most #Web3 investors don't understand correctly. Presidential Order by Trump cannot build $BTC Strategic Reserve. They need pass the bill in US Congress. Republicans, the political party of President Trump, is now taking the majority both in House and Senate on US congress. This means Trump Administration can take lots of political advantage to pass BTC Strategic Reserve. But, in the final vote, they need 2/3 of consensus in the two US congresses to pass BTC Strategic Reserve Bill. 220 seats in House and 53 seats in Senate are not enough to pass the bill. Based on this, I suppose that they have to make some compromise about the bill in order to get support from some politicians in Democrats. But, overall, I am quite positive that Trump Administration can build $BTC Strategic Reserve in 2025. Bitcoin & Macro Market Analysis - January 20th $BTC/USDT, Daily chart. EMA200 is lower than the candle bar move. This is good. The candle bar finally made bull breakout against the thick white bear trend line. Based on this, we can consider that candle bar move is forming falling wedge pattern or consolidation pattern. Either scenario, the next price target after this break out will be $116,000 to $117,700 as I marked in the green rectangle. But, before reaching the price level, the previous ATH at $108,000 will be a strong resistance line. Currently, I suppose in President Trump Augmentation Ceremony on Monday, he mentions about his Crypto and AI policy including BTC Strategic Asset Reserve. And this news will support the price breakout of the previous ATH. So, again, the token market cap over $1B with only $800K AUM without proven investment performance is extremely overvalued. Product is at 4.0. A new version of DeFi Kingdom. Team is at 3.5. Anonymous team, thus, low score. Execution Power is at 4.0. Not that bad traction. But, not outstanding. Token Economy is 4.0. Their token economy design will be also as same as other Metaverse protocols. Risk Stage is at 3.5. They are now on Series A stage, but, I cannot identify the competitive edge of their game. Thus, let’s review the similar moves in the past. 1st one was in Jan 1st 2017 which was the very beginning of the biggest bull run in 2nd BTC Halving Bull Cycle in 2017. 2nd was in Jan 14th 2023 which was the very bottom area of the long-term bear cycle in 2023. 3rd was in Feb 26th, 2024 which was Right before the final rally of BTC Spot ETF Approval, also right on the strong support line of the falling edge pattern. 4th was in Nov 12th 2024 which was After the rally of Trump Win in US Election, also right under the current strong support lines.
