Trying to decide on seeds for "Barbarians" by @mrkswcz. I've gravitated toward seeds that have a strong feeling of impending doom. These are the two front runners.

I like them both. The first and most obvious difference is the aspect ratio. Do you have a preference here?

The vertical one has more going on in the plains - more houses, fields, road complexity. (It's not noches am advantage, just a difference)

Also just grabbed this one. Good mix. Hmmm

This one has a very clean three-part composition: forest at the top, mountain in the middle, fields at the bottom. Connected by the meandering cuts that span the whole image.

I am not sure how important such details are for you, but in the settlements in the second one, you can see a special building, like a town hall.
