When you don't need strict global consensus, stateless infra is significantly more efficient, more decentralized and plain superior to blockchains

Stateless infra can actually introduce ( CAP ) chain agnostic applications.
Enabling new realm of apps in away they can benefit from using which chain to post their data. 

And also reading and mutating any chain controlled accounts by that application.
