I've been a web3 freelancer for a week now. This are my feedbacks: 1. Good budget allocations 2. They know you're not one of many if you've done your branding well 3. Connections matters for finding jobs and be hired 4. People will always collaborate better with a person who talks the same language as you (I mean natively) 5. Knowing web3 is a plus
