So what went wrong here? I think price increases weren’t received well https://www.theverge.com/2022/3/15/22979126/vimeo-patreon-creators-price-increase , ARPU gains didn’t outpace sub loss, maybe also just not as big a market as people thought / maybe YouTube is a real competitor

Cron and Fantastical are beautiful UIs but imo not built for easy syncing or sharing. I think native apps are too heavy a lot of the time and people just want quick answers to scheduling problems as opposed to tons of disparate features

Calendar syncing across vendors and group calendars seem surprisingly rare features (CalendarBridge does it but I couldn’t find others). Also Calendly and Chili Piper imo too sales focused and expensive and don’t offer ability to configure easily for different contexts
