I guess risk and freedom are two sides of the same coin. A good job is usually low risk but high freedom but that’s why they’re so rare. Most jobs are low risk and low freedom. nnIf you do take risk on your own (becoming a founder or joining an early startup) if you succeed you have your own agency.
