Fuel is especially fascinating to me because of its improvements to the EVM: modularism, parallelism and speed, among other things. Does Fuel's UTXO design or overall architecture make it easier for nodes to be run on laptops and mobile devices compared to other blockchains? I see that only 4GB RAM is recommended.
