I had this really cool chat with @lukeweaver.eth and @mouse on the mathcastles discord about the idea of “systems gardeners” rather than “architects”. It chimes with ditching “cypherpunks” for a new generation, too.

i like the cypherpunk word, i think bitcoin and cryptopunks should just take the word if they want it. any cool word is gonna have a cringe history if you go looking for one. but the funny thing to me is the idea of them stating their goals to be free, building the tools to get free, and then getting so free that they

can just disappear from the clear web at will. what good is a name for something we’re not supposed to know about? nameless
